  • When a customer who has applied for the Auto-Reload Service makes a payment using the Travel Pay card and the reloaded balance is insufficient to cover the transaction amount, an auto-reload event will be triggered.
  • Upon occurrence of an auto-reload event, the designated account will be debited (transferred) immediately for the auto-reload amount.
  • The auto-reload amount will be calculated as the difference between the transaction amount and the available card balance, and will be rounded up in KRW 10,000 increments (for foreign currencies, the equivalent amount based on the KRW 10,000 unit will apply).
  • The minimum auto-reload amount is KRW 10,000, and the maximum is limited to KRW 1,000,000 (or the equivalent in foreign currency).
  • The auto-reload amount will be withdrawn (transferred) in the same currency used in the corresponding transaction (KRW or foreign currency).
  • The reloaded amount will be used to complete the triggered transaction, and any remaining balance will be credited to the customer’s Travel Pay card. However, if the transaction fails after the auto-reload, the entire reloaded amount will be credited to the customer’s Travel Pay card.
  • Customers may receive notifications of auto-debit transactions from their designated bank via text message or other electronic means.
  • The Auto-Reload Service may be partially restricted in relation to other services provided as additional features of the Travel Pay Service, such as the Social Service.
