Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

Travel Wallet intends to collect the applicant’s personal information for the purpose of submitting a domestic dispute claim. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, your consent is required as follows:
  1. Purpose of Collection and Use: Submission of a domestic dispute claim
  1. Retention and Use Period: 3 years (Retention based on the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., for handling consumer complaints or dispute records)
  1. Right to Refuse and Disadvantages: You may refuse to consent; however, confirmation of “consent to collection and use” is essential for the processing of the domestic dispute claim. If you do not consent, the relevant process may not be carried out.
  1. Items Collected and Used:
      • Customer information (excluding the 7th to 12th digits of the card number), name, email, contact information
      • Transaction details (transaction date, merchant name, transaction amount, approval number)
      • Electronic signature
      • Supporting documents for the dispute submission
