Consent to Provide Financial Transaction Information to Third Parties

In relation to the use of the automatic recharge service provided by Travel Wallet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), the user consents to the Company receiving their financial transaction information from financial institutions as outlined below.

  1. Provider of the Financial Transaction Information
      • (Service Providers)
          • COOCON Co., Ltd., Hyphen Corporation
      • (Banks)
          • KB Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, NongHyup Bank
  1. Purpose of Use by the Recipient
      2. To use the firm banking service for providing automatic recharge service (based on insufficient balance at the time of payment)
  1. Retention and Use Period by the Recipient
      2. Five (5) years from the date of the user’s consent to provide financial transaction information
      (However, if retention is required under applicable laws and regulations, the retention period shall be extended accordingly)
  1. Items to Be Provided
      2. Account holder’s name, financial institution name, account number, identification number (date of birth), business registration number
  1. Right to Refuse and Disadvantages
      2. The user has the right to refuse to provide their financial transaction information.
      However, such provision is essential for using the firm banking service in connection with the automatic recharge service, and thus, the service cannot be used without agreeing to the above.
