Consent to Auto-Reload Application and Withdrawal

The user hereby applies to use the auto-reload service (a supplementary service of the Travel Pay service) provided by Travel Wallet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) under the following terms.
 
The user agrees to apply for and use the auto-reload service as specified below and consents to the withdrawal (transfer) of the auto-reload amount from the pre-registered payment method.
 
  1. The account designated by the user will be set as the pre-registered payment method for this auto-reload service, and when an auto-reload trigger occurs, the designated account will be automatically debited (transferred).
  1. An auto-reload trigger will occur when the user makes a payment using the Travel Pay card at domestic or overseas merchants and the available balance is insufficient to cover the payment amount.
  1. When an auto-reload trigger occurs, the auto-reload amount will be immediately debited (transferred) from the user’s designated account in the same currency as the relevant payment transaction.
  1. If the balance on the card is insufficient to cover the payment amount, the Company may consider the shortfall as the amount to be reloaded. The auto-reload amount (including minimum and maximum thresholds) may be changed based on the Company’s internal policy, and such changes will be notified to the user in advance.
  1. The auto-reloaded amount may be used for the relevant payment transaction that triggered the auto-reload. Any remaining balance after the payment will be added to the user’s Travel Pay card balance. In the event the payment fails after the auto-reload, the full reloaded amount will be added to the Travel Pay card balance.
  1. The user may receive notifications of the auto-debit (transfer) transactions related to this auto-reload service from the financial institution where the designated account is held, via electronic or other means.
  1. This auto-reload service may be partially restricted when used in connection with other supplementary services provided under the Travel Pay service, such as the Social Service.
