Consent to Third-Party Provision of Financial Transaction Information (for Auto-Reload Service Use)

In relation to the use of the Auto-Reload Service provided by Travel Wallet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), the user hereby agrees to allow the Company to receive the user’s financial transaction information from financial institutions as outlined below.

  1. Providers of the Financial Transaction Information
      2. - (Service Providers)
      COOCON Co., Ltd., HYPHEN Corporation
      - (Banks)
      KB Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, NongHyup Bank, Toss Bank, Woori Bank
  1. Purpose of Use by the Recipient
      2. To utilize the firm banking service for providing the Auto-Reload Service (based on insufficient balance at the time of payment)
  1. Retention and Use Period by the Recipient
      2. Five (5) years from the date the user consents to the provision of financial transaction information
      (Provided, however, that if a longer retention period is required by applicable laws or regulations, such information shall be retained for the period specified therein)
  1. Items of Information Provided
      2. Account holder name, financial institution name, account number, real-name identification number (date of birth), business registration number
  1. Right to Refuse and Disadvantages Thereof
      2. The user has the right to refuse consent to the provision of their financial transaction information.
      However, consent to the provision of such information is a mandatory requirement for the use of the firm banking system in connection with the Auto-Reload Service. Therefore, the service can only be used upon consent to the above terms.
