Basic Policy for Dealing with Anti-Social Forces
Our company hereby declares its basic policy for dealing with anti-social forces as follows:
- We will sever all relationships with anti-social forces.
- We will respond to anti-social forces as an entire organization to prevent damage.
- We will absolutely not comply with any unjust demands from anti-social forces.
- We will absolutely not provide funds to anti-social forces.
- If it is discovered that a current business partner is an anti-social force, we will promptly take appropriate measures to dissolve the relationship.
- If unjust demands or similar actions by anti-social forces are recognized, we will take legal action, both civil and criminal, as necessary.
- Our response to anti-social forces will be carried out by the entire organization in cooperation with external specialized institutions such as the police, the Center for the Promotion of the Anti-Violence Movement, and lawyers.
