1. Recipients of the Information
The account-holding institutions registered for the Open Banking service (hereinafter referred to as “Other Financial Institutions”)
Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute (KFTC)
2. Purpose of Use by the Recipients
- (Other Financial Institutions) To prevent financial incidents (e.g., unauthorized withdrawals) related to the Open Banking service
- (KFTC) To process Open Banking services (transmission of customer service application details)
3. Items of Information Provided

4. Retention and Usage Period by the Recipients
The information is retained and used for up to 5 years from the date of consent. After service termination, it is retained and used only within the scope necessary for fulfilling legal obligations such as financial incident investigations or dispute resolution.
