[Required] CJ Consent to Provision of Personal and Financial Transaction Information to a Third Party
CJ OliveNetworks Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) intends to provide personal and financial transaction information collected from its members to Travel Wallet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Partner Company”) in relation to the ‘CJ ONE Barcode Payment Service’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). Please read the details carefully and decide whether to give your consent.

- Purpose of Use by the Recipient
To verify whether the “Recipient” is a registered member of the “Provider,” and if not, to proceed with the member registration process for the “Provider.” Following this, the “Provider” issues a ‘CJ ONE Barcode’ and delivers it to the “Recipient,” enabling the “Recipient” to provide payment services to the user through it.
- Retention and Use Period by the Recipient
Until the member terminates or withdraws from the Service, or until the partnership for the Service ends (however, if retention is required by applicable laws, the information shall be retained for the legally mandated period).

- Right to Refuse and Possible Disadvantages
Users have the right to refuse consent to the provision of their personal and financial transaction information. However, this consent is mandatory, and refusal may result in restrictions on the use of the Service.
