Travel Wallet intends to collect the applicant’s personal information for the purpose of submitting a domestic dispute claim. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, your consent is required as follows:
- Purpose of Collection and Use: Submission of a domestic dispute claim
- Retention and Use Period: 3 years (Retention based on the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., for handling consumer complaints or dispute records)
- Right to Refuse and Disadvantages: You may refuse to consent; however, confirmation of “consent to collection and use” is essential for the processing of the domestic dispute claim. If you do not consent, the relevant process may not be carried out.
- Items Collected and Used:
- Customer information (excluding the 7th to 12th digits of the card number), name, email, contact information
- Transaction details (transaction date, merchant name, transaction amount, approval number)
- Electronic signature
- Supporting documents for the dispute submission
