Consent to Provision of Personal (Credit) Information to Third Parties (for Auto-Reload Service Use)
In relation to the use of the Auto-Reload Service provided by Travel Wallet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), if the Company intends to provide the user’s personal (credit) information to financial institutions or other third parties (hereinafter referred to as “Recipients”), the user’s consent is required under the relevant laws and regulations, including the “Use and Protection of Credit Information Act” and the “Personal Information Protection Act.”

To utilize firm banking services necessary for providing the Auto-Reload Service (based on insufficient balance at the time of payment)
- Retention and Use Period by the Recipients
Five (5) years from the date of the (financial) transaction between the user and the recipient
(Provided, however, that if a longer retention period is required by applicable laws or regulations, such information shall be retained for the period specified therein)

Account holder name, financial institution name, account number, real-name identification number (date of birth), business registration number
- Right to Refuse and Disadvantages Thereof
The user has the right to refuse consent to the provision of their personal (credit) information.
However, such consent is mandatory for the use of firm banking services required to apply for the Auto-Reload Service. Therefore, the Auto-Reload Service is only available upon agreement to the above terms.
