Notice on Innovative Financial Service

The service provided by Travel Wallet Co., Ltd. has been designated as an Innovative Financial Service by the Financial Services Commission on June 26, 2024, and is currently being operated on a trial basis during the designated period. As a result, unforeseen risks may arise for customers. This service is provided only after customers have been notified of the risks in advance and have given their consent. Such prior notice and consent do not affect our legal liability to our customers.
In operating this designated service, we have established and are complying with protective measures for financial consumers, including risk management plans. In the event that a customer incurs any damage due to the suspension or termination of this service, we shall be liable for compensation unless we can prove the absence of willful misconduct or negligence on our part. To ensure fulfillment of this obligation, we have obtained liability insurance coverage.
We also maintain procedures for incorporating valid opinions or complaints raised by customers about this service and for compensating any damages caused. If a customer has any objection related to this service, they may request dispute resolution or compensation from us, or file a dispute resolution request with the Financial Dispute Mediation Committee of the Financial Supervisory Service.
